ONSITE CONSULTATIONS

Feel free to contact me by phone, whatsapp or e-mail, describing the situation that brings you to me .
Before our first consultation, it is necessary to complete a health and nutrition questionnaire and a food diary.
I will send it to the e-mail address you have provided once the consultation date has been set.
I will also send you by e-mail the documents concerning the terms and conditions of cooperation, rodo with which you should familiarise yourself.

Before your appointment, please :

-complete the health and nutrition questionnaire and email it or bring it with you to your appointment
-bring with you or send by e-mail the current results of your tests.

The first meeting lasts about 60 minutes.

During the first visit, I want to get to know you as well as possible, so at the beginning we will talk about your eating habits, health condition, lifestyle, work, physical activity and all other issues included in the health and nutritional questionnaire, which you fill out before meeting with me.

We will also discuss :
-principles of cooperation
-nutritional preferences
-meal patterns
-calorie content of the menu
-initial dietary recommendations applied while waiting for the
the menu prepared by me
-define your goals

I will conduct a body composition analysis
Up to 7 working days you will receive a nutritional menu prepared by me

Body composition analysis

Come to the appointment on an empty stomach if it is in the morning or do not eat a meal at least 2.5 hours before the appointment if it is at a later time .Each appointment will include a body composition analysis with a professional analyzer .

Measurements should NOT be taken in persons:
– with implanted defibrillator or pacemaker
– patients with epilepsy
– patients with hemiparesis
– people with reduced tissue flow (e.g. after extensive trauma, burns, in the course of shock)
– pregnant women

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS

Follow-up visits take about 45 minutes

Follow-up visits are a key step in the process of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and good nutritional status.

Appointments include :
-measurement of body composition analysis
-evaluation of effects
-implementation of possible dietary modifications
-setting new goals
-possibility to modify the menu
-nutrition education

Each subsequent meeting will provide you with interesting insights.
I encourage you to keep a food diary, which we will analyze together in order to catch possible mistakes.

I suggest that follow-up visits take place every 4 weeks .

It is possible to slightly modify the menu within 4 weeks from the day you receive the menu.
Replacement is possible based on your preferences – you should indicate what you want to replace the food with.
