I am a nutritionist.

My name is Ewa, my background is in nutrition and treatment of eating disorders and phytotherapy . Learning about nutrition has become my passion. I am fascinated by how nutrition affects the quality of life in healthy people as well as sick people, and how one can act with just food and the selection of the right herbs to have a good quality of life.
I am constantly expanding my knowledge in this area, taking part in training and following scientific research. I believe it is important to stay up-to-date in this field. The scientific world does not stand still, new scientific studies are constantly being published, which gives new insights into a world rich in food.
We are all individuals. What is good for one person will not necessarily be suitable for another. A holistic view is inherent in this profession.
Through practical solutions, I want to prove that healthy food can be tasty, inexpensive and easy to prepare.
My goal is to motivate people to take action and positively change their lifestyles and well-being by implementing proper eating habits. Because healthy eating is not about sacrifices and prohibitions, but a new and better lifestyle!
The best way leading to a healthy lifestyle , is a gradual but sustainable change in eating habits, combined with physical activity and a positive attitude to life. Only in this way can you change your life for the better.
In addition to professional knowledge and practical nutritional tips, I can offer everyone a frank conversation, a large dose of motivation and comprehensive care and support.

PRIVATELY

I invest my free time in sports and evolution.
I love to spend my free time outdoors: walking, Nordic walking is what I do in my free time. These activities are very good for the well-being of the body, I can recommend it to everyone.
I have also participated in several trainings sessions on meditation techniques. This is an integral ritual of my every day.
I also spend my free time reading books. My attention is constantly drawn to quality of life, especially seeing the growing population of sick people around me. Hence my interest in books on healthy living. It turns out that in each of them there is a common denominator-food . During the consultation I will give you some methods that will affect your motivation to act, so that implementing changes becomes easier. I will also provide you with the knowledge of how to manage stress related to various aspects of life.
